PAYMENT Full payment must be made when returning the signed terms and conditions of the survey. Gem Associates Ltd ESTATE AGENT We do NOT recommend a copy of the report be sent to the Estate Agent as they are working for the vendor of the property, not you. VALUATION A property valuation is not included in this report. However a valuation can be included for an additional fee of £100.00. If the property asking price is more than £200,000 then please call us on 0800 298 5424 before signing this form so a specific fee can be arranged. CANCELLATION OF SURVEY In the unfortunate circumstance that a survey is cancelled our fee policy is as follows: Cancellation up to 48hrs prior to survey appointment the full fee is taken. Cancellation up to 5 working days prior to survey appointment and half the fee is taken. |
