However, it will enable you to see potential - and will enable you to know when to use an expert (and also how to spot people calling themselves experts who are really sales people) and the risks of not using property experts and to manage risk.

Residential and commercial properties in general costs a lot of money, particularly when compared to our wages/ salary and mistakes can be very costly. We tend to get almost blazé about property because we are familiar with it - we walk, drive past it every day, we live in it - but considering it as an investment is very different.
