Through your website I contacted the Chartered Surveyor for a building survey as I had a very bad extension built which basically needs to be started again from scratch! I had originally instructed another surveying company to survey the property but when the surveyor turned up at the property he admitted that he was not used to surveying commercial properties and was therefore not comfortable doing the survey for me. My son and I were in the process of taking an underlease of a hairdressing salon.
